Outstanding Culture - In Caterpillar Engineering, you are expected to learn, not simply preform from day-1. Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and, not only willing to answer questions, but excited to share knowledge. Work-life Balance - flexible schedule and ability to work from home, as current projects allow.

The design teams seem set up for experienced engineers to work mostly independently. As an entry level engineer, it was sometimes difficult to gage my performance, do to how little my teammates or supervisor were involved with my day-to-day work.
