There were two rounds one technical and one Hr. Technical round questions were moderate to difficult. They asked me questions from Finite Element Methods and Vibration. They checked the fundamentals and also asked some difficult questions from those subjects and also asked about my project.

There was an online test which had general questions from various domains of mechanical engineering. Then the shortlisted candidates were interviewed asking Fluid mechanics and Heat trasfer questions which were very fundamental.
- If there is a pipe with a fluid passing in it. You cannot change the fluid properties and pipe diameter. How can you increase the heat transfer from the pipe?

30 minute informational/phone screen with 2 people, then 1 hr behavioral interview with 2 people. They asked 7 STAR format questions then opened it up for questions. straightforward and they tell you what they're looking for, got a call the next morning with a job offer

Horrific. Constant delays and interruptions during the interview. The entire thing felt very unprofessional. I was offered the job, but could not see myself working for this "resource manager." I hope things improve. Talent is moving elsewhere for this reason.
