Amazing coworkers, great mission, some opportunity for career growth

Company going through a ton of leadership changes some for the good most to the detriment of the employees and company. They have lost alot of really great people. You can definitely tell the difference in the executive leadership roles. Pay- anywhere else in the country I feel the pay would be considered good but the cost of living is so high the pay does not match the ability to live in the state.

The content is super inspiring to work on and you get to connect with the experts on some really great stories. Overall, there are some really great projects to work on and some silver linings. There are some good opportunities for building your portfolio.

After receiving a new offer, I put in my notice of resignation, but my supervisor retaliated and told me to turn in my equipment the next working day. Super impulsive and unprofessional for a supervisor and left a really bad taste in my mouth. By acting vindictively, I think it sends a message of disrespect to the rest of the team.
