Good pay, easy job, flexible hours and days.

A lot of favoritism, hard to move with in the company.

Managers and co-workers are amazing. Managers step in to help with patient care when busy. A lot of room for growth. Great benefits and flexible schedule.

None that I could really think of.

schedules are set by area so you can't make your own schedule

Staff nurses very well educated with less turnover than other hospitals, hospital seems to do things the right way and not take the easy/cheap way. Also very flexible manager with contract extensions

facility appears to be strict surrounding Overtime hours
