      Power Hungry General Manager

      Pros

Free movies and small popcorn. Movie posters are up for grabs sometimes.

      Cons

Upper management does not see you as a human being, they do not care about you and are not afraid to show it. Your "benefits" of popcorn and movies can be threatened to be taken away on a whim (at least at this location) Unless you suck up to the general manager and never call out or complain you can be fired to "set a standard." You have to find people to cover your shifts if you need time off. This is very difficult to do since no one wants to work on their days off, which is fair but take it into account. Pay isn't great, you also will never get the full raise amount they advertise during the interview process, I'm pretty sure mangers aren't allowed to give it to you. This job truly is just a headache. They will take you for granted and will not reward you for going above and beyond.
