Does Collabera offer relocation assistance?

Pros

I was hired here when I was fairly new to the industry. In my years here I’ve watched the company grow, and have also seen myself develop into a highly successful software engineer. Here are some of my favorite things about the company, so you can better understand what it’s like to work here: PAY + BENEFITS The pay is excellent. They also offer continuous opportunities for raises, promotions, and bonuses. The benefits package is also excellent. I acquired full medical and dental insurance for my entire family for very cheap. OFFICE ENVIRONMENT + COWORKERS My coworkers are highly intelligent, hard-working individuals. The people that work here are one of the best aspects of this job. Everyone is very friendly and looks out for one another. The tech company I’d worked at before this one was very cutthroat and competitive, but this one is nothing like that. It is the reason I left the last company, and the reason I have stayed at this one for so long. The environment here and my coworkers are delightful. MANAGEMENT + EMPLOYEE TREATMENT I very much respect the management here. They are all hard-working, intelligent individuals that have gotten to where they currently are through a lot of time, effort, and experience. I have yet to have a negative experience with any of them. Despite how large the company is, they clearly make an effort to ensure that everyone feels heard. WORK-LIFE BALANCE If you want to be successful at this company, you will need to put in the work (at least in the beginning). The first few months here were time-intensive, but once I better understood the company’s work flow and learned how to maneuver it, everything got easier. There is a learning curve, which is why I think the best new hires would likely be people who are new to the industry.

Cons

If you’re willing to work hard, there is nothing you cannot achieve at this company.

Advice to Management

Make sure you hire people who are willing to put in the effort. I’d also recommend hiring more people who are newer to the industry, because they seem to do the best here (myself included).

The benefits package is also excellent.

Does Collabera offer dental insurance?

Pros

1. High Salary - I was not lowballed during the hiring process 2. HR Support - Well, from what I have experienced, HR was quick to address my concerns. 3. Good work opportunity for starting up after the pandemic, where most companies downsized its workforce.

Cons

Contractual or Project-Based Employment - If stability and security of tenure are your concern, then working here as a consultant is not for you. - What was offered to me was a 6-month contract for an IT Project Manager post for an Insurance company. The monthly payment is good (industry standard). However, no other benefits such as medical and insurance. - After 6-months I was extended to finish delivering the project. After which on to the next project. - Not for a long-term career, or to build a career. Also, do not buy the "possibility of being hired/absorbed by the client" why? it depicts the purpose of outsourcing in the first place.

However, no other benefits such as medical and insurance.
