Great work culture with good benefits

I was hired for a position that was said to have been remote but was not.

They are a reputable organization with great benefits and job security. Working in an Healthcare / Academic institution can give you a sense of purpose especially when witnessing the research and work that gets done at the University. They are saving and impacting lives!

Employees are not always valued and compensated as they should be. Everyone feels almost replaceable no matter the amount of years or work you put in. Bonuses are practically non-existent.

Benefits are good, the pay is minimum wage

Some of the professors are kind of annoying and overbearing

Very good benefits (take advantage of their tuition exemption!), very stable. Once you get a job at CU, it's relatively easy to get a new job at CU (so career opportunities are on the better side)

Manhattanville campus isn't pleasant to get to, Morningside campus is always busy, lots of red tape, bureaucracy, etc.

People stick around for the free degree after two years and aren't always passionate. people start to feel complacent and morale is low.
