Flexible schedule, individual impact, company benefits, insurance even for part time staff, internal promotion favored
Cons
Poor pay, manager competency and commitment can be hit or miss, no full time positions, pitifully low amount of allotted hours for all retail employees. I cannot speak to restaurant staff experiences.
Benefits available are very affordable and scheduling is flexible
Cons
PAR systems outlines raises for obtaining additional stars, but the store 'gave out too many raises' therefore I did not get a raise for completing additional trainings as outlined
Customer service experience; advancement opportunities; task-oriented; acceptable training experience.
Cons
Low pay, but good for first job to get experience; weekends and evenings; only day off guaranteed is Christmas Day; racist vibes; no benefits if part time; high stress.
Good hourly starting pay considering it is the food industry. Friendly people there and I have heard from people that work full time that the benefits are decent. I also enjoy that we are paid weekly and not Bi-weekly.
Cons
Working thanksgiving is mandatory and same goes for Christmas eve as well I believe. It was brought to my attention that thanksgiving is mandatory when I interviewed so I was at least not caught off guard. My hours can range from 15-27 hours a week, so it is not very consistent.
