What is the hiring process like at CrowdStrike?

      CrowdStrike reviews

      Great place to work

Technical account manager (tam) intern - remote
      Former intern

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Amazing culture inside, loads of events for interns to know each other

      Cons

Extensive onboarding process before you get to your teamwork, could've done without most of it.

      Great company and products

      Cons

Revops can be difficult, many overly complicated internal process, accounts heavily skewed to US ownership for sales

      Business Outlook

      Horrible Management Experience

      Falcon complete analyst
      Former intern
      Reading, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

There are no positives, avoid this company if possible

      Cons

Micromanagement, poor communication, no teamwork, remote work is set up so that you isolate yourself from everyone. No real career progression, only very small incremental progress. No wonder why many employees quit in less than a year. The reason for this is because management is pretty old, they joined when the firm was new and exciting. Most of them come from the military and I think they have post traumatic disorder and still think and run the company as if they were still in the military.

A great company overshadowed by toxic culture

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee
      Singapore
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Strong market leadership and product innovation, RSUs, generous insurance coverage for employer and dependents

      Cons

Toxic. There is no psychological safety in the workplace to give real and honest feedback, even if done in a constructive, collaborative way. New wave of management came from a handful of direct competitors, bringing their own people in. Clique-ish culture amongst a particular sales team. There’s a very obvious inner circle enjoying gossips, gatherings and special treatment - their manager actually leads this behaviour. Extremely unprofessional, divisive and it affects overall team morale badly. The few who choose not to be part of it are left out and some have already chosen to quit.

      Absolutely none at this point.

Look elsewhere if you want to grow your sales career

      Corporate account executive
      Current employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good name/resume builder, great stock options

      Cons

Difficult paths to promotion, mostly based on tenure rather than performance. Still hiring even though territories are already spread too thin, few reps hitting their number
