Does CrowdStrike offer relocation assistance?
Pros
Great benefits package Good salaries Great product
Cons
The worst "Hero programmer" behavior of middle management and senior developers I have seen: - no help during on-boarding - no interest in helping or sharing information during work - constant posing as a hero to save the day on any occasion possible in front of higher Management whenever a new hire makes a mistake or has not enough information to do the work. They hire you as a feature developer, but you get mostly unit test development and bug fixing work. They won't let you promote to next level, unless you are willing to move to a test engineer role.
Advice to Management
Don't encourage a hero culture, it is creating a highly toxic environment.
Great benefits package

Does CrowdStrike offer massages?
Pros
Good pay @ hiring, ESOPs, one of the best security companies Not sure if Free meals and birthday cakes can be considered as Pros in a professional review
Cons
I am writing this review simply as a warning to the online community, please do not fall prey to fake reviews ("extremely positive" no Cons!). Writing A++ reviews is the sole bread n butter for a few in the company, and its only to please the management and contribute to their Narrative. Anyway, here's the true picture, this is an extremely flawed organisation, with an ethically bankrupt management. There is no culture and no professional norms being followed. I have noted most of the times employees resigning from the organisation are not allowed to serve notice period. Which company does this? People who have raised genuine concerns have been either sidelined or fired. This completely ticked me off for I have worked for larger n best in the industry organisations and have not seen firing or resignations flowing in this frequently. What also concerns me is that the company would go to great lengths to fight its own employees. If you give one feedback that doesn't go well with the "Top person" you are finished. A case would be built against you and its your turn to get fired. You cannot really trust this company. My review is not abt a bad boss its just the way the top guys have been conducting themselves, keeping employees at their disposal and treating them as mere "resources" who can be replaced quite easily. On the career front do not expect meaningful work or decent increments or even a serious appraisal, it’s just a pen n paper formality! Overall please exercise caution.
Advice to Management
No point giving any advice, it falls to Deaf ears, but to anyone who's listening - first advice is please be SERIOUS. Please respect employees, please help them grow not only financially but also their careers and value them. Advice to the senior management, please check whats going on here, you would exactly know who needs to be replaced. Your attitude towards India has been step motherly, not fair

Does CrowdStrike offer life insurance?
Pros
1. Goodies are sent to employees regularly 2. ESOPs provided 3. Good insurance policy
Cons
1. Poor management. 2. Biased approach. 3. All powers (including your salary, your hike) lie in the hands of the immediate supervisor. Concerns shared to the HR/upper management against the supervisor will not be taken any action on. 4. No upward feedback system. 5. Very less yearly hike in comparison to the current market standards. The yearly hike won't even be able beat the current inflation rate. 6. Toxic environment (I quit to keep my mental peace in place). 7. No training culture.
Advice to Management
*A company whose Linkedin Job Description mentions 'Stocked up fridges' for 'Why should you join them?/Benefits of working there'- My question to them is, are there no other plus-points that something so basic needs to be added in a job description? *Managers of Pune, India team need to be given proper training on how to treat people working under them, how to train their staff and how to set realistic expectations. Managers should be provided soft skills training. *Most managers are bringing in the culture of the organisation that they are being picked from, which do not align with the mentioned values of Crowdstrike. If so many people from one specific team are quitting, the upper management should realise who the problem is. *ESOPs are not the only monetary benefit that will make an employee stay. *Making employees attend certain webcasts/prerecorded LinkedIn courses in the name of training them is not the right approach. A proper training structure with hands on experience of the role they are into must be arranged so that the employees are better prepared to handle the unrealistic expectations of the managers.
3. Good insurance policy
