-work with really smart people
-work life balance really exists, and I think thats rare, the only barrier here is yourself
- the tools you need are at your disposal
-leadership is transparent and thats not something you can say about a lot of places
Cons
-there are NO perks, none! For a company so huge you would think they would invest in their employees, my desk and chair are falling apart and theres no wfh reimbursement and the majority of their employees wfh? That’s bizarre
-comp is subpar, and raises are a joke, but thats my two cents
-not a terrible company but not the best in terms of compensation
