      Business Outlook

      Pros

Loved most of the people I work with at Discount Tire they made it enjoyable. Flexible hours.

      Cons

If you want to go full time at Discount Tire you're required to work 52-56 hours a week even as a store manager you get overworked easily. Running a backroom with a bunch of highschoolers feels like a daycare most of the time. The pay is average only reason managers are able to make 50-75k a year is because of being overworked on hours weekly
