What are perks and other benefits like at Envoy Air?

      Go elsewhere if you can.

      Flight attendant

      Business Outlook

      Pros

The only good things here would be the flexibility in your schedule once you hold a line, and the flight benefits.

      Cons

Flight attendants are treated like garbage by this backwards management team. The pay is horrifically low, management is awful, and you deal with abuse from management and the public. For all the negative things you have to deal with, it’s not worth the flight benefits or the pay considering you’ll be too broke to even go anywhere anyway.

      Pros

The flight benefits and the flexibility in your schedule.

      Cons

The pay is too low for the amount of work you have to do and the people you have to deal with daily.

      MANAGEMENT is terrible.

      Pros

The starting pay, and benefits are same as mainline.

      Cons

Management are a gossip. They favor certain people. Switch up policies from thin air. Union is in the company’s pockets do not trust. The dfw management is racist. They hire you because you look exotic or different only to pick on you about said difference when you start work. I’m not gunna elaborate further.
