      Pros

You'll make some good connections with your peers, mainly because you are in the same, sinking ship. The benefits are alright and the pay is good

      Cons

Since Adaire took over as CEO, there have been increasingly negative changes in company culture and motivation. Our quota increased by over 100% from Q4 2024 to Q1 2025, which does not align with the company's priorities. It seems they are delusional, believing we are a $20 billion company (Adaire's vision) when we are far from it. There is little possibility of progression unless one panders to the leadership, who reward employees with meaningless awards and company store vouchers to maintain motivation, or promote them from AE 1 to 2 (which means something only within Equinix). Also, there is a clear bias toward DEI, evident in promotions and hiring decisions, and the poor performance of some promoted individuals.

      Pros

      Cons

Absurd levels of micro management, internal teams are very hit or miss on knowledge, obsession over metrics that are flawed in concept and further flawed in how they are used/how they are attained. Provided uniforms have decent choices but are 99% drop shipped garbage with patches on.

Large, stable company (S&P500) Ability to work on global projects and with largest Internet companies (customers) Good atmosphere and support within teams and from line managers. Good pay, including bonus and RSU

      Cons

still unfinished and unclear org changes implementing new 2024 strategy brought by new CEO senior management seems to live in their own world and drama end of 2024 layoffs (400+ people) are most probably not last ones late/not enough investment in building new DC capacity to address AI/Cloud demand
