What is paid time off like at Equinix?
Pros
Demanding, good pay, good benefits (PTO rates suck), good on resume
Cons
PTO rates suck, no work life balance, demanding hours and forced over time and location moving, favoritism, very top heavy (management) poor raises, long waits for promotions, understaffed.
Advice to Management
Stop being slave drivers.

Does Equinix offer dental insurance?
Pros
Great benefits (medical, dental, & vision). The pay is great, bonus, RSU... They care for their employees well being. Flexibility to work from home, depending on your job requirement.

So far I have nothing negative to say about the company

Does Equinix offer family leave?
Pros
competitive salary amazing benefits paid volunteer days paid parental leave extra time off paid over christmas incentives to stay with the company that get better the more you stay there good culture Some very good people Flexible work arrangements
Cons
Not everyone is switched on - a few people make you wonder how they were employed some cultural norms are pushed on you , sometimes feels like its being shoved down your throat

Diversity and Inclusion at this company feels like its focused on one group of society more than anything else
