How are career development opportunities at Ethos Consulting Group?

The compensation is higher than the industry average.

Although the pay here at Ethos Consulting Group is nice, I still don’t recommend working here. There is no room for growth here nor any opportunity for advancement. There are other well-paid jobs out there that also provide decent career growth. The support and training are awful, and the work environment is very disorganized and chaotic.

you are in complete control of your work here. After training (both virtual and in person) its up to you. NO MICRO-MANAGEMENT. Many that work here are driven to do more. Personally and professionally. It's refreshing. The teams helps to find solutions for things that help someone through diffculties - personal or professional. We all have things that happen - but we don't all have an environment or work culture that helps someone help. You aren't left being stuck.

This is NOT for people who want a desk job or just want to be told the basics of a job and do the minimum. While is it labeled entry level - this is NOT entry level. (entry level is more about starting in training) Ideally apply is you have some work experience not wet behind the ears. The job is in sales - so yes there is pay on comissions and bonuses. (duh)
