Pros
I didn't stay long enough to ID the pros, but the WFH option was nice.
Cons
Soon after starting, I noticed I was continuously asked to take on out-of-scope tasks. After digging, I found the dept decided to merge responsibilities from another role under the position I accepted without informing me. Baited me in with one set of tasks and switched them when I accepted the offer. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice or not speak up. When I brought it to HR, they stated that those were the new responsibilities and nothing could be done. But surprise, surprise... there is something that can be done... leave, which I did.
That situation and dealing with a manager who had no onboarding planned and whose every other word was a swear, it was a recipe for disaster, and I'm glad I left before it became a living nightmare.
