Single employees can't enroll parents as immediate dependents but as extended dependents.

I have been working at Finastra for over 8 years and I can say that it is a great place to work. The company has a clear vision and strategy and is constantly innovating and delivering value to its customers. The culture is open, collaborative, and diverse, and the people are friendly, supportive, and professional. The management is transparent, accessible, and respectful, and they provide ample opportunities for learning and growth. The work-life balance is also good, and the benefits are competitive. I am proud to be part of Finastra and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the fintech industry.

Average tenure of the employees the resources are higher which is a great concern in brain drain.

They promote work life balance and there are some good benefits but it is not enough for the newer hires.

They need to improve their employee benefits to cater the the 21st century they are really behind or I must say cater to the older employees that are tenured already in the company. Politics is very apparent with local and different locations when you have counterparts in other countries. Slow to no clear career path grow. Some policies are outdated and needs revamping even some of the old time employees here needs to be revamp. The issues here are so deep rooted you better of some newer companies.

Finastra has some legacy products that may not receive long-term support from the product owner. Finastra’s core banking application is not very user-friendly and has some security issues.
