Chaotic, frustrating, and unrewarding. There’s no point working here

      Pros

The only reason I haven’t lost my mind while I was still here was because I had the support of such amazing coworkers

      Cons

Horrible salary, zero benefits, employees are forced to take on multiple roles without extra compensation, management is incompetent and has no idea what they’re doing, etc. This company is a mess, and I don’t see any reason why anyone would want to work here. Stay away.

      Pros

Good comp and decent benefits for a startup

      Cons

Complete turnover of c-suite and sales team. Top AEs have left. Many product bugs and lack of innovation. Product is behind.

As a scale up, we have moved at a fast pace, growing in size over the past few years. As the company scales, it is inevitable we experience some growing pains. We continue to be transparent and authentic with communications to keep the employees up-to-date on any changes. It truly takes a a certain set of skills to work at a scale up - someone who is willing to quickly pivot and change. We do have an engagement survey coming up and appreciate any ideas you want to provide for retention. We are also very excited for upcoming Product releases, including journeys and more to come with AI.

      Unlimited Time Off, Wonderful Teammates,

      Cons

Product Team does not understand the product, Engineering is struggling to stabilize the product, everyone wears multiple hats without the benefit, Upper Management is overwhelmed and messy, there is a lack of transparency, and the morale is at an all-time low, the culture is nonexistent, and we're slowly losing the benefits that even interested me in staying.

      Pros

A few benefits that don't make up for how horrible the rest of the company is.

      Cons

Salary and benefits are awful compared to other companies, workloads are overwhelming due to the fact employees are forced into different roles. A lot of people in middle management are incompetent and abuse their power, while those at the top are incredibly disconnected from the rest of the company, I would not recommend working here, unless you enjoy stress.

      Pros

The almost entirely new leadership team has brought a level of maturity, clarity, and transparency that's been refreshing! There's a clear strategic direction and positive view on where the company is headed. Benefits are excellent including unlimited PTO, distance days to recharge, etc. You're surrounded by smart, collaborative teammates. One of the best parts is our very impressive enterprise customer base that makes the work feel meaningful.

      Cons

It's definitely fast-paced, but that comes with a clear path to success and strong co-workers who have your back. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, it's energizing and a place to be creative.

      Not in a great place

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Benefits and compensation were strong on initial offer.

      Cons

Going through a major shift throughout the company after replacing the majority of the C-level team last year, which then turned over senior leadership at those departments. Most of these new execs brought in their own people from other companies, which created a in-group vs out-group culture in teams. Performance review standards change every year, with no feedback in between, making it difficult to plan out your career and what steps you need to take. Turnover and hiring on teams is really difficult. Despite the ARR of the company, teams run incredibly lean, the result of several layoffs post merger from a few years ago. Priorities shift constantly, very difficult to work on long term problems when most teams direct work towards short term rewards. Communication is not great within teams and across teams either. Internal adoption of our own platform is low, and information isn't in centralized places. Lots of talk about our employee NPS scores but no action taken to try and improve them.

      Pros

The new leadership team is truly amazing and operates as a real partnership. They are building a team of thoughtful, capable professionals and lead with empathy while remaining outcomes-driven. There is a clear vision and direction, and leadership does an excellent job of keeping teams aligned and moving in the same direction. Strong standards are being put in place to create a safe, inclusive environment where everyone has a seat at the table and feels empowered to contribute. It’s energizing to work at an organization where employees are heard and can actively help steer the company in the right direction. On top of the culture, the benefits are great, including distance days and the ability to work fully remote. Overall, it’s an exciting time to be part of the organization.

      Cons

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

Leaders with no leadership skills! They lie about your pay and your benefits! They don't give bonuses when they said they would, management is terrible, and work culture is non-existent! It's all work and no play, making the work atmosphere dull, stressful, and awful!
