HR will not give you a single chance to redeem yourself even though you were with the company for much longer than the person falsely accusing you. Did you help open multiple stores and move across the country for the company? Too bad, so sad.

Bad benefits, schedule changes constantly, barely any holidays are paid and very labor intensive (and not very good pay).

The people and the culture of the company are ok. The company is family-oriented and. Well trained on knowledge of products.

Warehouse members takes blame and gets picked on too much and never appreciated for our labor. Warehouse associates that aren't kissing up to management usually gets taken advantage of during their evaluations for merits. Warehouse associates do tasks that aren't in job description, and we tend to get overwhelmed by being overworked and underpaid the nation salary average which is 7% lower than any other warehouse jobs.
