Toxic working environment. Poor working conditions below SMT. No company culture. Leaders do what they please without proper checks and balances. Do not offer basic employee benefits for all. High levels of favoritism.

G4S have good career opportunities for their staffs

The company had good benefits, and great pay rates. Also great locations to work as well.

There weren’t any cons in my opinion.

Training is thorough and can be expansive with great benefit to skill boosting.

Management has zero cares regarding work/family balance. Raises don't happen. Concern for physical safety and wellbeing overlooked. Pay is very sub-par for the duties performed.
