      - fun coworkers - exciting if you can score

      Cons

      - managers live off splitting deals with people on their teams. - so many people are “untouchable” - new people are thrown onto teams and expected to be an SDR but if you’re not good immediately you’re ignored by your manager - managers are mean to employees when they ask questions because they are “busy” themselves - hard work life balance as there’s no flexibility in the schedule. - lots of screaming about KPIs but nothing is enforced so it’s a big culture of fear - CRO has no idea what people at the bottom go through everyday and only cares about you when you do a deal

      Pros

      Great comp plan, uncapped earnings, regular incentives, opportunity to rapidly improve sales skills, sell to CxOs, but must be willing to put the work in and commit to performing. Great in-office culture.

      Cons

      Full-time in office, flexible working should be considered for established sales executives.

      Pros

      I’ve worked at GDS for 5+ years and it’s a great place to work. Good office dynamic and great place to learn and hone your skills. Just like any sales role you have to hustle. The main difference is that you have support from the global SVP, office VP, your manager and the senior staff around you.

      Cons

      Lack of schedule flex and sometimes sales sucks but that’s not GDS’ fault.
