      No true metrics equals subjective reviews. Everyone trying to prove their worth. They don't want you to be too patient centric- instead more business focused

      Good pay, good benefits, good work-life balance, good values in terms of big pharma company - patient centric and management cares about employees well being. This may differ depending on department.

      Cons

      Recently took away fully remote positions, leadership is starting to micromanage, punishing people on a department level rather than individual level. lots of "talent flowing" in which you do extra work for no extra pay. lots of budget cuts.
