      The people who work at Grab are very smart compared to those at other big startups I've worked at. Also they offers good benefits and higher salaries compared to other tech companies.

      Cons

      The culture at Grab is very hustle-oriented, and everyone is busy. While the overall company culture is okay, it really depends on the team you are in. Some teams are very pressured and stressful due to the leader and colleagues.

      A lot of politics where people who don’t put in the effort or work get rewarded - it is all about your connections. Too many departments trying to run too many things at once and launch new products that don’t value add at all. Product team is extremely messy. HR does not do a good job and any confidentiality is compromised

      I have been at Grab for 3+ years, It was a great company. Earlier culture was awesome, benefits were good and pay was competitive.

      Cons

      It's not the same company it once was, so much work pressure. Constant re-orgs happening. Everyone wants to leave and is waiting for the market to correct. Pay is also less, they will lowball you as much as possible.
