Hourly rate, culture, benefits, employee discount, work life balance, 401k, PTO, flexible sscheduling. Challenging, variety. Best retailer to work for.....highest starting pay in the retail sector but they do expect you to work for the high pay.

Cons

It is very micromanaged, and it is retail with busy times being nights, holidays, & weekends. Extremely metrics driven retailer.

Advice to Management

Just understand that the heavy workload is very challenging due to the lack of hours and the micromanagement of tasks.

I Consistently receive all the developmental coaching and training needed to Plan, Execute and Lead all assigned tasks... I receive a clear path toward advancement... Generous benefits package, also, 401K... I Love My Career with Harbor Freight Tools...

Move HQ, eliminate the midyear review, balance comp across the org chart. How about someone besides the same "reach out your HR partner person" respond to the many negative reviews?
