If youre looking to get into recruitment, few other agencies offer the same level and quality of training as Harnham. You don’t have to know much before coming in, they really care the most about mindset and how willing you personally are to go through the challenges of a sales role and why it is worth it to you.
The people stand out quite a bit for me, they are super fun and I am always learning from them. It is a small team so you really get to know one another really quickly!
Overall, I think if you have the opportunity to join Harnham I recommend taking the leap and see if recruitment ends up being a solid career for you.
