      Pros

Working at Henkel AG has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees and fosters an environment of respect, diversity, and inclusion. Henkel's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and forward-thinking sets it apart in the industry, making it an exciting place to grow and contribute. The global nature of Henkel offers amazing opportunities for career development. Whether through internal mobility programs, international assignments, or ongoing training, Henkel is fully committed to supporting personal and professional growth. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and the company invests heavily in both cutting-edge technology and employee wellbeing. Moreover, Henkel’s work-life balance initiatives are highly appreciated, allowing for a flexible work environment. The benefits package is generous, and there's a strong emphasis on sustainability, which aligns well with my values. Overall, Henkel is an ideal workplace for anyone looking to make an impact and grow in a dynamic, globally minded company. Highly recommended!

      Cons

Henkel’s global scale means decisions can take time, but this ensures quality. High innovation standards and sustainability goals can be challenging but are deeply rewarding. The extensive training options and collaboration across time zones provide amazing growth opportunities, though they may require extra scheduling flexibility. Henkel’s focus on long-term impact builds a strong, future-ready company.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Full time B&P workers work together but management makes decisions that affect workers and don’t seem to actually know how the hard work and process that is used to complete task without the correct machinery maintenance and tools that are not available to workers they have no idea what is happening in production or act loke they dont know so the workers look bad and not management.

      Cons

Under paid, unorganized, poor management, no communication, no ethics from management, if you do not hide their mess and don't speak the truth you will have career opportunities , but if you speak out the truth you don’t have any opportunity in advancing.

      Pros

The most important to mention is human approach from managers and also from other employees and it´s really noticeable. They are trying to get rid of toxicity in the company which is more than appreciated. There are a lot of opportunities to grow and learn, when you are ambitious and hard-working - it´s seen. Great benefits and they are keep coming + telework.

      Cons

Limited telework, however in special situation there is occasional work from home.
