What is paid time off like at Holiday Inn?

Pros

Great Guests, Kind Staff, good environment

Cons

No PTO or Benefits even when working Full time for over 9 months because of filing status as Part Time. Will screw employees over for money because money is more important than people will ever be.

Does Holiday Inn offer massages?

Pros

Not a bad part-time job for a student or a side job. Flexible Scheduling, Free meals, laidback and enjoyable work atmosphere

Cons

Afternoon shifts are much less desirable than morning shifts. Some people work mostly morning shifts while some people are stuck with mostly afternoon shifts.

Advice to Management

Try to balance out who gets the better shifts

The hotel offers a good employee rate program has health dental and vision insurance and they offer a 401(k) match

Cons

Instruction hours a long workdays aren’t structured we are always short staffed and we never have appropriate amount of resources.

Does Holiday Inn have a pension plan?

Pros

lots of overtime hours and wonderful colleagues

Cons

unlawful deductions from your wages for any little thing next no no formal training yet two weeks pay deducted if one leaves before one year so somehow kept as a prisoner.Cannot join pension till after probation even then you are actively persuaded not to join because mgt does not want to contribute. Very difficult working environment.

Advice to Management

Be fair
