    Discounted hotels I guess. If you ever get a vacation

    EVERYTHING. Where do I begin? The location I worked at was terrible. It was always busy and I mostly worked by myself because other employees were quitting or getting fired. I worked my buttoff and was the longest working employee (including management). I asked for a raise since I was doing the work of 3 people and they said no. Avoid at all costs.

    Advice to Management

    Get off your butt for once and be more involved. Listen to the needs of your employees/customers. Investigate and take initiative instead of blaming others.

    Horrible management if a Patel owns the hotel RUN!

    Advice to Management

    Keep the drama to yourself. Stop being buddy buddy with your favorite employees, and Patel family really needs to treat their employees a bit better. Stop being cheap!
