Structured and organized job. Everyone is there because they want to be. Hiring process is selective for a fast food restaurant which makes the people working there fun to be around.

Only con was I would stay later than scheduled a lot of the time but this may not be for every location.

Competitive hiring, a reference is almost necessary. Can be a very toxic environment depending on manager rotation.
