Got an email invite for a phone screening. Selected a time form the automated email and was called by the corporate representative a week later. Had nice, but brief discussion as to what we were both looking for. TLDR: There is no hybrid/work from home option. All positions at InNOut are currently 5 days/week onsite only.

Very easy, asked a couple of personal questions and then told me I'd either get a second interview or get hired on the spot. Very straight forward and just be super nice and friendly, that's honestly all they're looking for.

They just want to know about your personality and work ethic. Looking for someone that can hold a conversation and create conversations. They are all pretty friendly for the most part and are looking for candidates that will benefit the already team they may have.

About 2-3 managers interview you, and they then direct you to the store manager. After that if they choose you then they give you a offer over phone call and get the process started.

Very easy-going, manager was very nice! They mostly want someone with a good personality. They want happy people serving their customers. They want the interview to flow almost like a conversation, with of course the usual interview questions.

The interview process was pretty average. I had two different interviews within the span of one week. The first interview was with lower management and the second with higher management. Questions were basic and simple.
