systems could be a bit better

The pros are the pay is good for a 100% remote job and the benefits are excellent as well. One of the many perks I truly enjoy is daily pay, where I can get paid daily whenever I work verses waiting until payday. I also really love that perk and getting spotlights (awards for meeting or surpassing expectations) from the management team (recognition for doing a great job).

I don't have any cons; I really love working for Intuit.

it is only a seasonal position

Great people and leadership, decent pay, lots of room for growth, benefits are great

If you get a role of inbound calls, the calls are back to back, so it is very high paced and can get overwhelming and feel like a grind.

The number one pro about this company is the flexibility that it offers its seasonal employees. They also care about the opinion of their employees and are trying to make it the best place to work while being customer obsessed.

The pay isn't much but at least you are giving lot of overtime which helps make up for the lack of great wages

Things change rapidly, and during the busy times it is difficult to keep up with it all. Also, for the bonus, it should be based on performance, not whether you can work extra hours or weekends.

*Lots of support, especially for the new employees, you never feel like you are on your own. *Decent pay, Great bonuses, so many incentives, discounts, perks, benefits (even for seasonal employees) opportunity for advancement and to earn and learn more. *Positive and professional work environment. It's not just a job it's a community!

For me, the season went by too fast! This is the kind of place I could work at all year long. This was my first year, and I will be back next season!

I work for Intuit because you set your own schedule, the pay is great, the incentives are awesome, managers are the bomb, they help you excel to a higher position and they actually care.

Stack ranking silent layoffs every year and actual layoffs. Management has no vision, just wants "AI" and performance management.
