JCrew provides a great work environment for their employees. The work is easy but can be fast paced, however my team is amazing so complaints there. The schedule is quite flexible and accommodating and they provide great discounts and opportunities for their employees.

The starting pay for sales associates is just standard and there's no commissions available for this position.
