    I worked at J. Crew part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Extremely friendly and helpful company culture. Individuals from the corporate office would frequent the store and were always laid back and had great energy. Store management was simply amazing.

    Cons

    During slower times of the year, it would be hard to work a significant number of hours a week.

    Pros

    They truly care about their team. I've worked with two different Regional manager and both were invested in my development. Pay was great as a manager. I worked with a great team. Benefits were good.

    Cons

    The lateam night closing, I've seen some stores where the same manager closes 4 out of 5 shifts.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in more technology when system updates with anything knocks out WiFi for a month everytime

    Pros

    Management is awesome depending on the store you work at. They walk you through everything you need to know nice and smoothly. No matter how low sales were that day, you'll always be thanked for your hard work and cooperation. Benefits and employee discounts were great.

    Cons

    The managers who make the schedules were pretty bad at it. You'll be scheduled to work two days for the week, but you'll get phone calls asking to fill in spots due to large amounts of shipment or because it's busier than usual.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing a great job and treating your employees well.
