    Pros

    Easy, laid back job. The sales role is essentially creating a fun, memorable environment for customers - one which is more conducive to buying product. Free clothes when you meet certain sales goals. Excellent discount.

    Cons

    The pay is pretty mediocre, unless you're a store director, this will be a tough place to make a career.

    Great on boarding and training. They hire based on person’s character rather than employment history.

    Cons

    Because it’s retail, work hours are hard. Nights and weekend shifts are tough with a family.

    Advice to Management

    My SD was awesome and had a great overall experience with my team.

    Pros

    - Great discount
    - Was given the opportunity to move up into a management position from sales associate

    Cons

    - Planned to close my store and did not care about job placement for those losing their jobs
    - decided 3 days before store closing that they were keeping store open and expected everyone to stay
    - company doesn't care about smaller locations
    - my location has been without a store director or any help for too long especially right before holiday season
    - some sales associates are paid more than assistant managers

    Advice to Management

    Treat your store employees with more respect and show more appreciation for all they do!
