    Pros

Fun and great people and employee discount.
    Great job for a starter.
Seems like out managers actually care about employees!
    (Unlike upper management)

    Cons

    Can’t find anything for now.
Too many college student employees who have low work ethic (this could be not only here but also anywhere else)

    Advice to Management

Company should give more decent commission to employees if they want them to draw more JCC from employees to customers. What they offer now looks like a joke. It’s a credit card that most of customers don’t want to make. And we don’t want to annoy customers by pushing it for nothing.

    I worked at J. Crew part-time

    Pros

The pay was good for someone young and you had the ability to earn commission. The three workers were nice and were available to help if you needed.

    Cons

There was no flexibility as a sales associate. As a someone who was getting up early for classes in the morning, it was tough to have to stay there until late every night.

    Advice to Management

Structure the training to each employees to be more efficient so they don’t have to be there so late at night after the stores close.
