Does Jack in the Box offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

It's fast paced. I get to work with people, there's always room for advancement.

Cons

They didn't have insurance at 1st. It gets overwhelmingly busy at times.

Advice to Management

Train employees better with hands on training

Does Jack in the Box assist with or provide childcare?

Pros

Free meals if a Team Leader.

Cons

This job requires a lot of work and customer service skills. Too many minors who aren't responsible or take advantage and be lazy and on their phones make it harder for the team leaders. Management turns a blind eye and doesn't care about graveyard employees!! Franchises don't pay employees insurance benefits. Many illegals who barely speak English work there.

Advice to Management

Get more organized and professional and give your graveyard team leaders enough coworkers to let them have their 30 minute lunch break LEGALLY entitled to them by California law!
