      Great for learning how the oil change business runs Working and teaching a crew feels accomplishing Upper management will work with you on most things if time is put in to learn

      Cons

      High-turn around for most shops due to the nature of hiring process (Not a huge con) But have to work with EPA KPA guidelines that change periodically without any notifications
