      Pros

Supportive team. Flexible schedule. Good location for lunch as well as errands during lunch.

      Cons

extra things to learn to seem like a fast food franchise type shop, take away from the real learning and trade itself. Distracting when you really want to learn the trade. But are thrown a lot of extra things to learn. Fine if not put first so the trade can be mastered first however right from the beginning, you’re learning things not particular to the trade but to jiffy.

      Pros

Super relaxed staff Easy work Flexible schedule

      Cons

You wont learn much Quality of work done by the shop is low

Good for getting your foot in the industry and learning the fundamentals, just don't waste your time here.

      Senior service technician
      Former employee

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Flexible schedule Online training courses, which could be exchanged for college credit, Majority of co-workers were friendly and supportive Decent benefits in terms of insurances, discounts, etc Dailypay option Long breaks if needed

      Cons

Starting pay notably low compared to industry standards, Any promises of higher earnings were through specific tasks often felt unattainable or required pressuring customers into unnecessary purchases.  The company encouraging the use of deceptive sales tactics, such as offering last-minute discounts or exaggerating vehicle issues to try to earn a commission Hours cut randomlyTools and machines were outdated and broken. Not to mention, the workplace was dirty and unsanitary. Literal rat droppings on the shelves. Upper management filled with incompetence.

      Lubrication technician
      Current employee
      Scottsdale, AZ

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Sometimes if your location is staffed enough you can make your own schedule.

      Cons

They hire bottom of the barrel applicants. I have worked with multiple people who do hard drugs on the job. There is no opportunity for raises or performance based raises, the area manager will verbally harass you constantly, coworkers have assaulted me multiple times, customers are horrible to deal with sometimes, employees have zero idea what they are doing. Overall the worst job I’ve ever had by far.
