How do employees feel about KPMG's hiring practices regarding hiring without bias?

Nothing i can find in my 1 year of experience

Very toxic culture, the management is biased and only promotes their favourite employee. No opportunity given to the new joiner who is well experienced. Poor project management. No benefits to the employees. Politics in all the stages of management

Pay is good apart from that nothing is good.

Management is biased. No work life balance.
