      Pros

Big 4 branding in your cv

      Cons

Directors and Partners prioritise work over personal life, working even on bank holidays and despite low pay. High attrition rates and encouragement of bullying further contribute to a toxic work environment. Gaslighting by the Director adds to the distress. If you’re considering working in audit or any adjacent department, it’s best to avoid it. While the company claims to prioritize social mobility, inclusion, diversity, and equity, these claims are mere lip service. This is no place to build any kind of career.

      Pros

Salary and hybrid model of working

      Cons

There is no BA work and just operations task. Racism from the onshore team exist and the Indian management turn a blind eye to that. Scope of work is not really good and clear. Everyone tries to play the blame game in order to reach to the top.
