      Pros

I had been working from home/hybrid for 4 years before joining Kaseya. I was worried what impact going back to an in-person role would have on my family. I'm glad to say it's been a positive experience through and through. Kaseya values work/life balance and wastes none of our precious time. I'm able to get my work done and go home without having to think about work. All meetings are an effective use of time, or they are canceled. My coworkers are intelligent and friendly people, the best workplace culture I have ever experienced, and I've worked everywhere from churches to high-profile advertising agencies. The compensation is fair to generous, especially the fully covered health insurance AND the HSA account. I may have rose-tinted glasses having only been here three months, and my experience may differ from others due to having the absolute best manager in the world, but I can say with certainty the universally upbeat culture and commitment to excellence have rubbed off on me since I became a Kaseyan.

      Cons

As someone who lives on the other side of town, I wish there were a little more flexibility to work from home as needed. Although there is a form to work-from-home with a dropdown of acceptable reasons, you can feel pressured to not use it unless you really have no other option. This expectation is also mainly driven by the sales team. Kaseya is a strongly sales-oriented culture. This is the first time I have had sales strategy inform my marketing strategy. That is a bit of a con, because priority is put on the bottom of the funnel and if you spend too much time driving people there, you won't hit your goals. It has changed how I look at marketing.

      Pros

Collaborative and welcoming team environment. The company does a great job hosting events to build comradery among its employees. Highly involved in the community and giving back to South Florida.

      Cons

As the company continues to expand, it naturally comes with growing pains. Requires for you to be adaptable, coachable and understand change is the only constant. I think the benefits could be improved to stay competitive in the market (provide 401k match, mental health resources)

      Pros

New leadership, new energy! Out with the old, in with the new. The future is very bright for the company.

      Cons

Benefits are just so-so. Health insurance has denied twice the year alone procedures recommended by a physician. In the US - look at a new provider or improving our benefits.

      Pros

The future is very bright for this company with so many strong solutions in it's repertoire. Kaseya has more internal opportunities than most companies of this size. Internal promotion is highly prioritized. One's ability to grow in any given sector is immeasurable. The culture is outstanding - everyone is there to help each other out. True family vibe!

      Cons

      - No direct 401K match program. - The best medical plan is Cigna High Deductible which can still be very costly to the patient.

Thank you for your candid comments and for sharing your experience working at Kaseya. You'll be happy to know we're adding the 401K contribution this calendar year for all eligible employees, and we already offer a $1,500 annual HSA account contribution to help cover the deductible for your health insurance plan. If the money is not used the first year, by the 2nd year most employees would have enough funds to fully cover their deductible.

      Pros

good benefits at no cost and $1500 a year put into hsa, everyone is my age (22-30), easy job

      Cons

the pay is 45k base so basically min wage and the next step is account management, which you should just apply for that because this role only exist in red bank, nj and is basically a joke so don't waste your time and apply to be an AM. our jobs can easily be done from home but they won’t let you for anything but there are remote ppl on the team. If anyone is related or has some deep connections with anyone high up in the company, they will hire them, even if they aren't qualified. The only thing keeping me here is the people I work with.

      Challenging but rewarding

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Interesting product challenges and work. Business is impactful. Exposure to many technologies. Above and beyond work is recognized and celebrated. Programs are available to encourage employee wellness. Trainings are offered to help with career development. Can be a great place for the start of a career and absorb a lot of experience.

      Cons

Conflicting prioritization of product and engineering can cause disruptive shifts of the roadmap (as of writing, this has become a topic to address, so maybe this gets better?). Not remote-first (there are exceptions). No PTO rollover. Health insurance benefit is on the weaker side.
