What are perks and other benefits like at Kaseya?

When Most people hear the name "Kaseya" they probably don't have a clue or they think of the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat basketball team. The reality is, Kaseya is one of the fastest growing tech companies in the IT Security & Management industry. COVID revealed to us just how much companies of all shapes and sizes rely on technology and this market segment is going to continue to grow and scale in shape and size. Kaseya is at the forefront of capitalizing and becoming a global leader in the space. This mean tons of career growth and income earning opportunities for people like myself that have joined the rocket ship. Decent salary and unlimited income earning potential based on performance, tenure/performance bonuses & equity, travel opportunities, great benefits and employee perks for attending events at the Kaseya Center.

Not real cons but here's the reality check that most people need. Not for the weak minded. Must coachable ad able to adapts on the fly in an ever changing industry. As with any sales oriented role, must bust be super organized, strategic and persistent in meeting targets. Must have great interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work devote time after hours to go the extra mile. Work hard, play harder. You will not be spoon feed. Speak up, or starve. Unlimited resources at your finger tips but can also be overwhelming. Get ready for a rollercoaster experience that is both challenging and rewarding.

Office Events (Orlando Office): Things like Happy Hour, Fruit Tuesday, Beer Fridays and company lunches have heavily decreased from how often they used to be. In Office Environment

You get to be involved in the development of emerging products, as well as solve some really interesting challenges on a daily basis. Additionally, the products you work on actually help others, so after a day of work when you get back home, you don't feel ethically conflicted about your work.

The work from home options aren't flexible and the benefits could be better.

I've been working at Kaseya now for 3+ years and the company has grown at a rate I never would have imagined. The velocity and pace of acquisitions, product development and market penetration is truly awe inspiring. In my 22+ year professional career I have only witnessed a few companies do this (Microsoft, Cisco and Apple). The IT Complete strategy that Kaseya has doubled down on each year since 2015 has clearly worked and we've left the competition in the dust. I consider myself so lucky and grateful to have this opportunity to build generational wealth for me and my family, all while loving what I do each day. I'm allowed to innovate and take risks (with some healthy checks and balances) and the C-suite not only encourages it, they will even have brainstorming sessions with you to pressure test your idea. So lucky to be working with such talented individuals. The equity grants are real and meaningful and the company has used innovative methods to provide liquidity events to their employees, should they choose to participate (tender offers, similar to what SpaceX has done). This makes the equity real and not something that companies use to drag employees along where the majority never make it to a liquidity event. The growth opportunity and accompanying compensation increases, equity grants and other benefits are so rewarding. It's like a continuous loop of motivation and feeling fulfilled. With the naming rights to the Kaseya Center in Miami our brand recognition is getting better by the day. Love almost every aspect of working here.

There are only a few cons I can think of: - This is truly the most challenging job of my life and the workload is intense. I've accepted this and try to rise to the challenge every day but for others, they may prefer something more laidback and easy. All depends what your priorities are. - Fewer holidays than other companies. Although the company aims to balance this with extra PTO time and floating holidays, it would be nice if we could have the same holidays as most other corporations/businesses in the US

Good company to work. All the other benefits are almost on par with the industry standards, managers are very supportive and knowledgeable.

Process and learning are Average. No work from home.

Kaseya has a lot of momentum as a company. They'll acquire any brand with an IT tool that sells well in the SMB space and incorporate it into their revenue machine. Their products stand above the competition. As a salesperson, that is pretty critical for me. I want to be able to sell innovative products that make sense. There's also an emerging brand force behind the tools sold. Equity, 401K plan + match and other benefits are also great.

Shocking to see new comp plans roll out with a guaranteed signing bonus taken away - which likely covered 15-20% of most folks' guaranteed annual income. Removing a signing bonus is essentially removing a bulk of somebody's salary. People plan around that, sign leases and mortgages based on that, and make conscious decisions to choose your company over others because of it. Re-arranging some numbers and adding accelerators doesn't compensate for taking away somebody's guaranteed pay. Employees just took a 15-20% haircut and still get the same salary/OTE split.

Career growth, employee-centric, attainment of valuable skills, involvement from C-level executives, equity, and many other benefits are included in being a Kaseya employee.

The only con I would say I can speak of is pay. In the long run, Kaseya sets you up financially. But short term, other companies are paying much more for similar roles.

I have been working in Kaseya for 5 years and the people are great and the team that I worked with is amazing. Great opportunities to progress within a global company Good benefits like travel, free food, and health insurance.

No work from home unless in extreme circumstances. Work, life, and balance can be challenging while doing a night shift.
