My former company was just acquired by KeHE and during transition my annual compensation was reduced by about 5% due to available benefits. Several programs either no longer exist or have rolled back benefits such as the mileage program. Several of our supplies are choosing to not due business with us anymore because they do not want to work with KeHE. We are on the verge of losing our biggest customer for the same reason.

Decent pay and benefits, ESOP as long as that hamster wheel doesn't break

They are an ESOP so if you're here for over a year, that can definitely be promising, they are a growing company, if you love grocery, KeHe is a fun company with fun products and brands that you get to work with. They pay for most of your mileage and offer good benefits.

It is still a corporation with some corporate BS here and there, but so far I haven't had too many cons and it is still the best corporation I've worked for yet.

Sales staff were professional yet friendly. My manager's expectations were outlined and straightforward and needed people who could work independently. Company benefits were great and community outreach was nice to see.

Travel was extensive - out of town for a week at a time for a month sometimes to fill in for reps. Mileage program wasn't tailored for someone working in areas where fuel prices could vary by as much as $1 a gallon but return didn't change.

-The benefits are honestly top tier, but you're gonna need them after they break your back -Employee grocery store hits when you can buy stuff you'd see in Jewel and Meijer for just a $1 -Really good programs for 401k's and profit sharing -Pay incentives and pick rate bonuses and holiday pay

-YOU WILL WORK OVERTIME -If you are someone who wants to work their shift and be done, this is not the place for you -Constant maintenance issues cause production to halt for hours at a time -Management has their heads off their shoulders 80% of the time
