Pros
Air conditioned facility.... that's all.
Cons
Where to even begin, vast majority of the management is toxic and play the blame game, there is hardly any accountability amongst themselves let alone the hourly workers. The upper management is never involved in the processes and progress of the workers who are building the seats. There are townhall meetings once every half a year or so with a 10 minute speech about how everyone is so important, yet is only a ploy to try to retain the overworked and overfrustrated employees who might get a hot dog during a summer bbq and a lame pizza party around Christmas. They have installed coaches with no back-bone and superintendents that only care about numbers regardless of any materials issues or assembly line problems. They force people out and don't allow them to get their 8 hours if they do a good job and fill up the FGI, but if they don't run 100% efficiency or more, you have narcissistic superintendents standing over your shoulder. They have a C.I. program which is a joke. They claim to want to improve on things, but only take things into consideration that saves them hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars. There is absolutely no recognition or acknowledgement. The turnover rate is absolutely ridiculous, attendence policy is a joke, and the only way to move up is through nepotism. There is no profit sharing, bonuses are a complete joke ($80-150 dollars every quarter if you're lucky), and no incentives, ever. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg. If you like your sanity, steer clear.
