Great people to work with and the work-life balance is very manageable. Lear recently updated the remote work policy from 3:2 to four days in-office with Friday as WFH optional. As of the last few years, Friday is a half-day. The job is challenging but fulfilling.

Salary and benefits are okay, but could be more competitive.
