What is the hiring process like at Logitech?

      Logitech reviews

Great pay & benefits, but unorganized, juvenile, and unprofessional

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great pay, great benefits, lots of PTO.

      Cons

Despite all the HR propaganda, it's unprofessional from the start to finish. Hiring process took over 50 days. Camas engineering operates like an science day camp for interns. LOTS of time to save very very little cost for no results. Probably why there was 3 rounds of layoffs in 1 8months. If you disagree or speak up about obvious problems. It will get very political and passive aggressive, Very machiavellian HR and management.

      Pros

Sound people and mentorship, great culture (serious enough to do good work and take pride in it, but acknowledgement there's more to life too), excellent office, good opportunities.

      Cons

Informal onboarding can leave you confused, but there's always someone to answer a question. Relatively flat company structure can mean progression pathways don't feel clear.

Amazing company culture, good people, great place to work

      Pros

Company culture is outstanding Office spaces are best in class.... Cork office is a gem. Great Values, D&I, Logithanks weekends each quarter!

      Cons

Nothing really of note. Not a strong "process" mindset in many business functions... this is however developing.
