      Pros

Coworkers are friendly, steady income, good benefits

      Cons

No windows, feels lifeless, gets boring after a while

Toxic Management with Zero Transparency or Support

      It department
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Competitive salaries compared to industry standards. Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision. 401(k) and other standard benefits are offered.

      Cons

My experience with this management team has been extremely negative. Management frequently gossips about employees and each other, creating a hostile and distrustful workplace. Instead of providing constructive feedback or transparency on performance, they withhold information, leaving employees in the dark about their progress. If someone is struggling, they never address it directly or provide support. The work environment is toxic, and employees are subjected to unprofessional tones and constant stress. Despite numerous complaints about this specific manager, the head of IT continues to ignore the problem and keep him in place, which further enables this behavior. Overall, this is a damaging, unhealthy workplace with zero regard for employee well-being.

      Good benefits, LOTS of problems!

      Cit/ast
      Current employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

-Starting pay is higher than many other entry level positions. -Shifts are long, so there is lots of opportunity for hours if you’re looking to make money. -The benefits are good. -The company is big, so you can transfer to another office if you move.

      Cons

-The official rules are contradictory to the standard operating procedures, so you can get written up or even fired for doing things everyone does. -Not a lot of training is given, so you have to figure a lot of things out on your own. In the words of another new coworker; “They don’t tell you anything, they just let you do things and then get you in trouble for it later.” People were frequently irritated with me and other new hires for not doing things we didn’t know we were supposed to be doing. -Weekly schedules are not put out very far in advance, so it is difficult to plan the rest of your life. -Breaks are not given for drivers and service techs. The company says they give them, but I have never actually seen anyone taking an actual break. One coworker had been there for several years and told me; “They don’t really let us take breaks.” -Shifts are often long. 14 hours is the norm, which is good for OT but difficult for many other reasons. -Managers are sometimes decent, but at other times rude and condescending

We really appreciate this feedback. Our human resources teams have been working to increase training across the entire company. Your feedback will be helpful for our team to determine where improvements can be made. Making sure our drivers take their appropriate breaks is mandatory and will be addressed with our Human Resources and safety teams. Your review will also be forwarded to the Tempe branch management and Human Resources team for further evaluation.
