Disorganized, Bad Communication, Erratic and Changing Schedule, Lack of Accountability at all levels, Employees not empowered to lead, No Leadership, Lack of training, No plan for advancement into leadership roles, no rank structured, Employer places too much risk on employees by lack of sufficient crew member assignment, work / home life balance is not respected, long long long hours frequently 15 plus hrs per day.

The Staff and upper management is trash. You work day in and day out with no home life just to be treated poorly and unfair.
