What is the salary like at Marks & Spencer?

The culture at work is really good, staff is good and the pay is good as well

Workload on the weekends can be quite a lot so does get a bit tiring

Really bad sick policy. If you work less hours just missing 1 shift could result in disciplinary action. The pay isn’t great compared to other retailers considering the standard of work they expect
