They will micromanage you, people practices are horrendous and incredibly risky, they do not have competent HR leadership

Technology could be better, can be frustrating working with some systems. Pay could be higher and should also be based on cost of living.

Not transparent and not progressive enough.

Immediate vacation upon depends on when you arrive, but you get all time replenished every year. Tons of benefits, including good insurance and paid schooling. (There’s a limit of course but it’s still pretty good) Friendly people, and great management. A majority of people have wonderful attitudes and put a lot of pride into their work. Nice way to get your foot into the door of the world of industrial maintenance.

Older DC so not a lot of new equipment to get your hands on.

Overtime is required everyday. If you have kids and need to take them to the dr more than once it won't be possible. You cannot plan anything because you never know when you will be getting off. Favoritism
