Low pay, culture was great before they brought in investors, exec team acts without planning, communication is not good, leaders still think everyone is one big happy "family"

Low Pay, weak commission structure, no work life balance, bad leadership, no direction, expect to work long hours with little to no reward. Commissions are paid on gross margin, not total sales.
pay is pretty good, more than minimum for a job that doesn't require much critical thinking or comprehension skills. just need a pulse and a heart rate
